I have completed my 1st year of BE from Pune University and want to transfer to Mumbai University now. Is it possible?

Hi Anurag,
Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.
