I have completed my +2 exam with my second language as Malayalam, can I pursue D.El.Ed in Hindi language?

I have completed my +2 (Commerce Stream) with 73%.

    Yes, you can do a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) in Hindi even if your second language at +2 was Malayalam. Admission to D.El.Ed courses is state and institution-wise, but most demand that candidates have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks (relaxation for reserved categories).
