I have completed my +2 in 2009 with 63% marks.tell about courses wid low fee which gives me eligibility for pr in nz,canada,aus and europe.

64% marks in +2.not taken ielts, what courses can make me eligible for pr in aus,canada,nz and european countries. my budget is around 3-4 lacs per year
