Go for Bsc in microbiology or genetic or biotech or Botany or Zoology or medicine and pursue Masters in it.
As u r intrested in English also after your masters go for Bed. You can be a faculty in colleges if u will do Phd.

Biotechnology has very slow pace go for micro biol it has good scope.
