I have completed my B.A. LL.B. In 2014 but not done the enrollment so can I now get enrolled and give the AIBE exam?

    You can apply to take the All India Bar Examination only after you have enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council. This condition is applicable only to students graduating from the academic year 2009-10 onward who need to clear the All India Bar Examination and get a Certificate of practice in order to practice law in India. If you have graduated prior to the academic year 2009-10, but have not enrolled with a State Bar Council, you only need to enroll with a State Bar Council to practice law in India. Further, there is no enrollment time frame with the state bar council for Advocates who graduated after 2009-10, So you can enro

    Yes, you can now get enrolled and give the AIBE exam. You can apply to take the All India Bar Examination only after you have enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council.
