The only solution for this is practice. I would encourage you to practice more and more. If you can, form a group of three to four friends and make it a point to converse in English always. At the same time listen to audio books of novels or whatever you are interested in. You should also try to wri

Immediately you do some exersising in speaking, with some helper. Read English passages loudly, with changing speed. Read a few important topics. After you join MBA, practice with all seriousness.
