    Hello,
Actually this answer depends on your choice and interest.
If you want to pursue higher studies, then there are so many options available like M.Com, MBA, CA, CS, etc. But, if you want to get a job right now, then you can prepare for competitive exams like IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SSC CGL, Railway Exams, etc. Both of the career options are good. If you dream for a great and reputed job, then you can also pursue career as Junior Research Fellow or an Assistant Professor, by pursuing M.Com and then appear in UGC NET Exam.
Firstly, read complete details of UCG NET here - https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-exam
I hope it will help you.

There are lots of options but it depends upon your choice of interest. As per my opinion, MBA in finance would be good.

You can go for MBA, M.Com, chartered accountancy, cost accountancy and company secretaryship. If you are good in accountancy, you can go for CA or MBA in finance can be a good option.
    Best of luck.

You can go for Masters in commerce or MBA. But, being a B.Com student, M.Com would be more preferable.
