I have completed my B.E degree this year and want to prepare for UPSC exam .Where can i undergo training for IFS exam?

Hi Ancia.
There are many institutes for preparing yourself for IAS/IPS/IFS exams like Rau's , Brillant and so on. I would like to know from your end which state you would like to undergo this training.

By far Rao's IAS has the best success rate and is the most dependable coaching instutute

There is no training for IFS as you asked Ancia, but as suggested by Vodoo_ child you can do a short term 4 to 5 months coaching for the UPSC exam. besides Rau's insitutute there is also Chanakya and many others also.
