i have completed my b.e. electrical with 54% in oct 2008. i am still jobless.is there any opprtunity in govt. sector for me my b.d 21/7/1983

i have made many mistake. i was not interrested in private sector at the starting now i lose my courage now i have prepare myself for private sector plz give me guidance
