I have completed my B.E.in ECE in 2009 now i want to do M Tech with my service, can i do it from karnataka state open univ. is it benifical

I have been completed my B.E.in ECE in 2009, from 2010 i am working in a private engg. college as a lecturer now i want to do M Tech with my service, can i do it from karnataka state open university. is it beneficial for me or not, any other option which is good pleas help me
