I have completed my B.E in ECE with 55% aggregate. Is it a good idea to do masters in Engineering management,in terms of placements

i dont really like technical stuff and would like to shift streams. Is doing MEM a good bet in terms of career. I was thinking of MBA but most of the US universities require experience and i am a fresher. Pls help me out

    Hi Rayyan,All the good and top ranked B-School across the globe requires minimum 3 years of work experience at Assistant Managerial/Managerial level.Yes its absolutely fine in pursuing Masters in engineering management, as this would be the best option for you, because as you said, you do not have a strong liking towards technical subjects, so in this situatiion MEM- would offer you the right blend of courses i.e. engineering and management, and while pursuing this course your knowledge of what all you have learned during BE, would not go wasted plus you will be shifting your course stream towards management simultaneously.I hope this answ... view more
