I have completed my B.E in mechanical enggineering and my gate normalized marks is 16 may i know in which college i can pursue mtech

I have completed my B.E in mechanical engineering 2014 ang my gate normalised score is 16 i.e i havenot qualified gate in which college can i pursue mtech . because state entrance exam in maharastra will not be conducted this year.and when are the admisions going to start for acdameic year 2014-15.
