I have completed my B.E. in the mechanical stream and I want to continue Masters degree in the CS stream. Is it possible?

There is no need to worry. The solution is simple. You have to give GATE exam. In GATE exam, you have to prepare for CS. After successfully cracking the exam, you will get admission in CS branch. While applying you need to mention the branch in which you are interested that's simple.
