    If you want to do distance MBA, then location doesnt matter as they will be sending the course material through post which you have to study and write exams. SO try getting the degree from the most reputed distance learning colleges. The best institutes offering the same are NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDL and SMU-DE.
