I have completed my B.Sc(comp). I want to know the E learning is the better option compared to full time and E learning is valued or not.

In a long run it is not the degree which matters too much, generally it is teh candidates capability and subject understanding which gets noticed and valued. So go ahead if you wish for eLearn but labor hard and learn the most.
