Yes, the KTET 2025 exam was postponed by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan. The KTET June 2025 session exam was held on September 18 and 19, 2025. The KTET new exam date 2025 was announced on the official website of the Bhavan.

The benefit of clearing the KTET exam is that it makes candidates eligible to apply for teacher recruitment drive in the Kerala schools for Lower Primary, Upper Primary and High School teachers posts. The exam is conducted for four categories – Category 1 (Classes 1 to 5), Category 2 (Classes 6 to 8), Category 3 (Classes 9 & 10) and Category 4 (Classes 11 & 12). It is a state-level recognition exam that allows aspiring candidates to fetch teaching jobs in government and aided schools in Kerala.
