Yes, you can. It's not that much easier though, but you must try.

Yes, you can. You can appear for GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS.

Take a coaching for GMAT and TOEFL either online or offline. If you are in final year, try to participate in projects and activities also, as it matters to your profile, select 5 to 6 universities where you wish to apply and start your application process.
