MSc Bio-Chemistry and then PhD in Bio-Technology is a perfect combination. If you opt directly MSc Bio-Tech then you should be missing many concepts of Bio-Chem at PG level. But after a PG in Bio-Chem., you can jump into the field of Bio-Technology keeping all basics. It is lucrative and very scoping. Good luck!
