I have completed my B.Sc in computer science. I want to study MCA abroad but I have less then 50%. Can I apply for any university?

Hello Rohit,
Universities abroad are normally looking for students with brilliant academic record. So you will have tough time in getting admission with less than 50% marks.
But don't loose hope. Keep on attempting, may be you will get success. Best wishes
