I have completed my B.Sc through distance. What should I do for a bright future?

It's good. You may now either go for a master's degree to add more value to your CV or you can try and get a job. But with B.Sc from distance, it will be difficult for you to get a job. So, I would suggest you go for M.Sc or MBA for adding more value to your CV/resume.
