I have completed my B.Sc with 64.5% marks. I want to study abroad or in India at some good university through scholarship. What to do?

Wherever you want to study whether in India or abroad, you have to give exams like CAT or GATE or you can opt for any other exams through their only you will get the scholarship to go for higher studies.
