I have completed my B.Tech 3rd year in Chennai and I want to continue my 4th year in Australia or Mumbai. Is it possible?

    No, you can't pursue your 4th year in Australia or Mumbai. There is provision to change the college under the University only. The inter-university transfer is not there. But you can do your PG from Australia or wherever you wish.
