    Hi
Since you have completed your UG in Electrical Engineering you may even try M.Tech in reputed universities and MS in abroad than opting for MCA. There is no point of doing MCA after a technical study. But if you're planning to be a part of a management team in an industry for ex. Human Resources, in-house counsellor etc you may go for MBA. First find out what you're interested in.
If you have any queries please put it here.
Hope my answer gave you a required details.

MBA would be a good choice.
MCA gets deeper into technical subjects, like programming or so.
MBA will not only give a technical edge, but also leverage your management skills.
    Good luck.!
