    If you've completed B.Tech CSE 1st year and want Direct Second Year (DSE) admission in Mumbai, focus on colleges like VJTI, Sardar Patel Institute, and KJ Somaiya. These offer good placements with reasonable fees. Admission is usually through MH DSE CAP rounds.
