I have completed my B.Tech from RTU with backlogs. Can I get admission in any other university?

Hi Divyaraj,
You might get into a tier -2 universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission.
