I have completed my B.tech from sri indu(jntu university) , i have written gate but was unable to qualify, i am now confused wat do next?

since the gate exam i have been searching a job but cant find so plz help me with what is the best thing to do next. i am interested in doing a Masters. But really doubtful that i can get any college this year.please suggest me some colleges which offer masters(either MBAORMTECH) this time of the yr
