I have completed My B.Tech in 2012 but I got a job after 3 years of my B.Tech. Should I prepare for CAT or not?

Career gap doesn't harm your chances of getting into a B-School, if you can justify the gap for 3 years.

Having a year gap isn't a problem, the only thing is that the reason should be genuine enough or you should have done some productive work during those 3 years. It won't have a direct impact on your selection in FMS. Score a good percentile, ace in your extempore and PI and you will
