i have completed my b.tech in 5 years i.e, 2007-12 with an aggregate of 61% . can i eligible for software companies?

what if i got selected in software company in interview, is there any future problem comes to me?

    yes you are eligible but the only thing is you have completed B.tech in 5 yrs worrying factor prepare yourself to ans this question.
