Civil Engineering is a very vast field. It will be difficult to suggest a generic course for MTech. IIT Roorkee is the best Institute for civil engineering. IIT offers MTech Civil specialization in Building Science & Technology, Environmental , Geotechnical , Hydraulics Structural and Transportation
