I have completed my B.Tech in civil engineering in 2014. Now, I want to do part time M.Tech in transportation engineering. What should I do?
What is the admission procedure? Can I get a scholarship as I have scored more than 70% in B.Tech?

Evening/distance/online/part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects:
