I too agree with what Mr. Raja MG has mentioned about less competitive exams in any sector. Also in your question you have not clearly specified as to which course you are keen to pursue as different courses have different requirements.

Sandip, There is nothing called as less competitive Exams for a Job in either Govt. & Public are it is getting hectic competition in recent times. State Govt. Exams are always comparatively easier to clear than national level exams.
