I have completed my B.Tech in industrial engineering. Should I go abroad for further studies? What problems will I face in abroad for PR?

You may go abroad for Masters in any of the specialisations of your choice. As per your budget in New Zealand, Canada, Australia, USA, etc. Canada and Australia are both open for PR too. Just check their skill shortage list and plan accordingly.
