I have completed my B.Tech in Instrumentation this year now what should i do a job or a MBA i haven't got placed till now

Is MBA is better option if yes than from where as lives in Bareilly (UP) what college is best suited for me and what is average package of B.Tech and MBA if i go for private B schools than which college is best suited for me and how i get into it.
