Hi,
1)
To pursue B.E. / B.Tech in electronics engineering :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance

Yes, you can take admission in B.Tech ECE. Universities like LPU, SRM, AU etc are offering direct admission on the basis of marks in 12th. They are also offering scholarships to meritorious students.
Check their websites for more details.
