i have completed my b.tech with 66%(2012) in the stream of I.T and i am looking for masters in germany, my i.e.l.t.s score is 6

suggest me wheather my b.tech percentage and i.e.l.t.s score is sufficient for getting free education in germany, also suggest me the details for joining into a german university
