I have completed my Bachelors in CE and got 31 backlogs in total (Diploma and degree). Am I eligible for Canada or New Zealand?
My profile: IELTS score - 6.0 and Bachelors - 7.14 (CGPA).

Hi Krunal, unfortunately the number of backlogs are too huge and worrisome. You can try applying with a very good application package. You are also advised to check other options. Try European countries.
