I have completed my Bachelors in electrical engineering from Pune University with first class. What should I do to get a good job?

I have completed my Diploma in electrical engineering from Government Polytechnic Dhule with distinction and Bachelors of electrical engineering from Pune University with first class. Should I pursue any course now or start looking for a job?
