Hi, there is no particular degree about Social Communication. However you may choose MA/ M.Sc. Psychology, PG Diploma in Public Relation or Master of Journalism and Mass Communication. You may choose Jamia Milia Islamia, University of mumbai department of Journalism which offers Master of Journalism
