    Hi,
In my point of view, you can do MBA in marketing and also, you can go with HR.

If accounts is not cup of tea then you can have two ways
    1) Take a admission in that college where First year is common where you can study all your subject from marketing finance hr system and operation. Then take a decisions.
    2) Or just forget about finances and go for any other branch like Marketing HR System IT Telecom etc.
    All the best.

If you are not good in accounts, don't take finance as you don't have interest. But, you have options of marketing HR management.
