hi... I suggest you find a reputed short term technical certification course with a reputed placement record. That should work like a catapult...like GNIIT (NIIT) ACCP Pro (APTECH), JCHNP (Jetking) etc....depends on your area of interest. Best of Luck!

Kushal, You can aplly for the Govt jobs like IBPS, SSC where BCA is elligible. You can also sit for Elitmus, AMCAT examination. These are employment exams whose grades are considered for Top IT companies. Additionally try applying for Business Analyst/Technical Profile in BPO's and KPO's
