I have completed my BDS in India in April 2011. my wife is Tier 2 migrant to UK. I intend to travel as dependent. can i study further in UK?

I want to pursue short courses in Dentistry, preferably in Dental Public Health. My intention is to give ORE. So dont want to pursue full time courses. I will be staying in Bristol, United kingdom. Is this possible on Tier 2 migrant- Dependent visa?
