i have completed my BE CIVIL from dnyanda dnyanpeeth university its an autonomous what should i do to get the job in better company

i had done my be civil from an autonomous university now i want to work with reputed companies like (ntpc, l&t) but im not getting job there bcoz of my degree what should i do now

There is nothing wrong with your qualification or with your certificate.There are many institutions like NIIT or APTECH for example conducting their degree/diploma courses which are not UGC Or AICTE approvedbut are well received by industry ans d their students are doing well and progressing in the
