Dear atit i don't know vry much about cs but i advice you to First collect resumes of employees in CS_ MNC ,pass out iitians and other top college students . analyze them carefully and make list of courses ,certificates ,workshops and other technical skills u have not did yet . and according ur time

If you are interested in programming then you can join any advance programming languages like PHP, if you are interested in networking then you can try to get certification like CCNA , MCSE in networking line , if you are interested in testing line then you can join any course to learn about testing
