I have completed my BE In EEE from NIE Mysore 2017. I took UPSC exam for two years. Now I want to come back to Engineering field for.
Livelihood but I have great hunger to learn more. Which and branches specifically give me scope to go higher levels and into international arena. And colleges which offer it in Karnataka and abroad.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in learning more and more. There are different dynamics at work. Earning for living and supporting family. If any college in the place you are working is offering part time PG, you should go for it. Then you can register for Ph.D. Another great way of learning is expanding one's horizon. Here I would like to advise you that please download brochure cum application form of IGNOU. They have large number of courses in diverse fields. You can choose the one that fascinates you.
