I have completed my BE in electrical engg.& lookin for post graduation diploma in thermal pp from JIPT(JINDAL,CG),sowhat's the future scope

I've done BE in electrical engg.,waiting for the result ,BTW m lookin for post graduation diploma in thermal pp from JIPT(JINDAL institute of power tech.,CG),so what's the future scope & various aspects .Is JIPT is good option?.and do i switch to some other field after this course in future?
