I have completed my BE with 11 arrears. Can I study Diploma or B.Sc?

If you have completed your BE, you are free to study any subject you desire (Diploma or B.Sc).
The general eligibility criteria for Indian students for B.Sc are:
The minimum age to join this course is 18 years. There is no upper age limit. Many colleges demand that students should have a domicile
