Both are different but each of these options are great and amazing in their own fields. But if you appear 4 GATE you may get admission (for M.tech) to top institutes like IISc, IITs or NITs where you could get monthly stipend as payment for your part time teaching/research assistant.Whereas MBA deal

Ask your innerself. If you feel you can become a better manager, prefer MBA, but if you feel you can further contribute to the growing world of technology, prefer M Tech.
