I have completed my BPharma with 61%. Is there any need of work experience to join IIMs for executive MBA?

    Executive MBA is only for experienced professionals. The basic criteria for joining any executive MBA program is work experience. So yes you need work experience to join the course. In IIMs preferably you should have at least 2-5+ years of minimum work experience.
