I have completed my BTech In Elect & Comm. Engg. Now i want do PG either MBA or MTech. Which one will be best for me?Tell me about colleges?

Sir, My % in B.TEch is about 70% and My last 8th sem is going on. My 12th % is 60.30% and 10th % is 78.17%. I am interested in Computer Programming and Web designing. I am also interested in Embedded System. I have scored 14.33 in Gate 2013 and belongs to General Category.
