I have completed my class 12th in 2002. Can I go to Australia for further study?

Dear Sangita, I do not think you will be able to do so as the gap is more than 4 years after your last academic qualification, you may apply and try to any University which does not charge you application fee so no cost involved, however chances of rejection are very high.
